Enrollment Procedure

  OLD STUDENTS

  
  Step 1: Old students must submit the following:
  

  • Report Card from previous year level
  
  
  • Recent ID Photo (size 1x1)
  
  

  Step 2: Accomplish Registration Form.
  Step 3: Pay enrolment fees.
  
  

• NEW STUDENTS

  
  Step 1: Applicants must submit the following:
  

  • Original copy of Report Card
  
  
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  
  
  • Birth Certificate (PSA/NSC) Original & Photocopy
  
  
  • Recent ID Photo (size 1x1)
  
  
  • Long brown envelope
  
  

  Step 2: Pay assessment/entrance fee.
  Step 3: Take assessment/entrance test.
  Step 4: Interview (after the assessment is released).
  Step 5: If passed, proceed to enrolment.
  Step 6: Secure Student Admission Slip.
